How to be a funnier teacher, by the way

In the classroom, being a better teacher can mean more than simply giving your students fun ideas or providing them with fun challenges.
Teachers often need to be more conscious about their classroom environment, too, and be mindful of how they interact with their students and their teachers.
A few simple practices can make teaching a more enjoyable experience, too.
Here are some tips to get you started: Know when to step away from your students.
Many teachers find it difficult to keep up with their work on the fly, and teachers need to realize that the only time they can be sure their students are doing as well as they want them to is when they leave their desks and head outside for a walk.
If your teacher leaves their desk for a while, it could mean that your students aren’t getting the stimulation they need to grow and develop in their learning environments.
Take a break for a few minutes and consider how your classroom can be improved.
If you’ve never been to the gym before, you might want to consider bringing a few of your students into the gym, and asking them to do a few exercises while they work out.
When your teacher is doing something in your class, do it at least once a day.
You might find that you’re not getting the benefits of doing the exercise, and your students might not be able to do it as well.
Keep in mind that when you’re at the gym and your teacher doesn’t seem to be taking their breaks, you can ask him or her to leave and have them do it again.
If it’s not working out, then take a break from the gym altogether and see if you can work things out.
It’s important to realize when it’s OK to be alone.
You’re not alone, and you don’t need to worry about whether or not your teacher will be available for an afternoon.
Instead, it’s important for you to take your time with your teacher, and take your cues from them when it comes to your own classroom and learning environment.
Be mindful of your time.
If, for example, you’re doing a short, five-minute lesson and the teacher has a short break, don’t be afraid to take that time to do something else.
Maybe take a walk, go to the restroom, read a book, or sit in a chair.
Remember that time can be a valuable resource.
Make sure you get a good night’s sleep, and get enough rest.
Make the most of the time you have with your teachers.
When it comes time to start teaching again, it might not feel like a lot of work, but you might need to take some time to appreciate your work and the people in your life who make it possible.
You may not have time to think about how to make the classroom better, but when you can think about what you’ll need to do in the future, it will be easier to work through your problems and solve them.
Find ways to make your teaching experience more fun.
If teachers are constantly thinking about what they need their students to learn, it may be easier for them to just sit around and be lazy, or to make sure that their students can get something out of their work when they have free time.
Don’t forget about your students, either.
If a student doesn’t like something in the class, or their teacher isn’t able to keep pace with their learning, there are ways you can make it easier for the student to interact with you.
For example, don the things they need from you.
Teach them something, and ask them to let you know when they need more.
If they need a book for their lesson, and their teacher doesn-t know how to get them books, you could teach them how to read a chapter of a book or a sentence of text on their own.
Be aware that if you are constantly working on your work, it can be difficult to notice when you need to slow down and take a breath, or when you should stop working.
Take your time when it is needed.
As teachers, we all have different ways of dealing with our workload, and that’s OK.
Just remember that when it starts to feel like your classroom is getting too busy, stop and consider what you can do to keep your classroom more productive.
Find your own personal goals and make the most out of your teaching time.
The next time you feel like you’re overworking yourself, think about the things you can actually accomplish in your classroom and how you can create new opportunities for your students to grow in your learning environments and their learning.
Be careful about how much you are teaching your students or the teachers around you, though.
When you’re taking time away from work, you may be giving up a lot more than you expected.
And you may not be taking the time to really make your classroom better.
Be ready to move on to the next assignment, if you want to, and keep taking time to see what you might be able do to help
